My post-run post...

Had a great run this morning at the Emirates Golf Club. I completed the half marathon in approxmately 1hr33m, which I was very happy with. I came 46th out of 900 runners. Here's a pic at the finish line (pre-shower!) Here's a photo of me and my brother Paul, celebating. It was a really well-run race and the route was lovely, taking in some lakes and even abit of sand by the golf course. Being Dubai, the post-run breakast was sumptious, more like a wedding reception.
